Regardless of her appearance a woman cannot help but swoon at the sight of a black person with blue or green eyes. It may not be audible, but at the very least there will be a pause and significant pupil dilation. It'll be as though she'd seen a celebrity like Tyra Banks or Michael Franti. When the swoon is over and she's regained her composure she'll begin to talk about the black person's eyes and how amazing they are.
Color contrast, rarity, the notion of the best of both worlds in one person? What accounts for the amazement is an open question.
